Evaluating my guide book

 The purpose of my guide was to keep the form simple for people to flick through to get the information they need, the 12 pages allows for it to be taken when travelling and used abroad because it is lightweight and takes up a little amount of space.

The tone of my guide book is a bit 'tongue in cheek'. Which makes the guide fun and an easy read.

Work in Portugal Working in Portugal is similar to having a job in England for example the shifts in Portugal tend to be 9am till 6pm Mondays to Friday this is your average work week. “The current minimum wage in Portugal is €740.80 per month (£646), which works out at €8,889.60 per year (£7,750).” The minimum wage in Portugal is based on a salary per month calculation. In 2019, employees on minimum wage who are paid 12 times a year can expect an hourly salary of €4.38." Education and higher education in Portugal Some of the top universities in Portugal are University of Lisbon (which specialises in arts and design, mining engineering and geography), Universidade NOVA de Lisboa (which specialises in FAME finance, accounting, management and economics), University of Coimbra (which specialise in STEM science, technology, engineering and maths as well as arts and humanities.) Most courses – especially at bachelor’s level are taught in Portuguese.
