During the Covid pandemic more British people and people from around the world have had the idea to move and try to be self-sustainable in a country like Portugal. This plan has become more popular. The Portuguese population are very welcoming and often councils such as the council in Rossmeninhal encourage migration to Portugal because they bring income to the village.
